This tape is ideal both with and without the use of grips.

If you don't like using grips, you can use this tape for protection.

However, the tape is also excellent for use under grips if you know there's a risk of tearing your hands, or as protection if it has already happened.

Material: 100% cotton

Adhesive: Zinc Oxide adhesive

How do I apply this tape?

1. Make sure your hands are completely dry and clean.
2. Tear the paper on the back of the tape at the holes, so you can put your fingers through.
3. Insert your fingers, remove the paper on the top of your hand and secure the tape with your hand slightly clenched.
4. Now tear off the paper down to where the tape splits and secure it in an open palm.
5. Remove the paper one strip at a time and wrap it around your wrist.
