This privacy policy applies to all business processes at Muscleup AS.
This policy provides information about data processing carried out by Muscleup AS and defines the purpose of processing, as well as data processing we perform on behalf of our customers based on their instructions.
Processing of personal data is necessary for us to fulfill our contractual obligations and serve you as a customer. Personal data may also be used for sales, customer service contact, marketing, information, and accounting.
For marketing via email/SMS, consent is obtained in advance.
By providing us with your personal information, you agree to the practices and terms described in this privacy policy.
If you have objections regarding our processing of personal data, you also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

Information may be registered and stored when you create a membership account on muscleup.no, when you contact customer service via email or phone, or when you use our services.
Where do we store information about you – and where do we share information about you?
Our online store is built with Shopify, and all data is thus stored in the database associated with Muscleup AS's domain: http://muscleup.no/
Subcontractors
Muscleup AS also uses services provided by third parties.

Klarna
If you pay with Klarna in the online store, personal information such as email, name, address, and national identity number will be shared with Klarna for credit purposes.
Vipps
If you pay with Stripe in the online store, personal information such as email, name, address, national identity number, and card number will be shared with Vipps.
Wolve
Muscleup AS uses Wolve as a loyalty platform for its customer club and for sending SMS. Name, phone number, and email may be shared with Wolve.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is used for analyzing traffic in the online store. IP addresses and browsing patterns are stored.
DnB Regnskap
DnB Regnskap is the accounting system Muscleup AS uses. Data necessary for accounting, such as name, address, orders, and invoices, is stored here.
Proteria
We send packages with Proteria, a provider that offers shipping services through Posten, Bring, and PostNord, and thus share shipping-related information such as name, phone number, and address.
Communication via email and SMS
As a customer, you may receive emails and SMS messages related to your customer relationship. For example, we will send you emails/SMS related to orders you have placed, SMS with tracking numbers, forgotten passwords, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as legitimate interest and will not require consent.
We also use email for marketing and communication. As a customer of Muscleup AS, you will periodically receive SMS and newsletters, provided you have given active consent. It is possible to unsubscribe from SMS and newsletters by clicking the unsubscribe link here. You will also find the link in SMS and newsletters.
Access and rectification
You have the right to access the information registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending an inquiry to kontakt@muscleup.no. If the registered information is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was created is deleted from our systems.
